VOCALIST AND VIOLINIST
Tracy Goodwin has been a professional Vocalist and Entertainer for Twenty Years.
She is a classical trained violinist and currently plays in the Salford Symphony Orchestra. Her highlight recently was playing alongside members of the 'BBC Philharmonic Orchestra' to underscore for a play entitled 'Salford Tales' which was broadcast on Radio Manchester.
When not too busy with her vocal work she enjoys being a single mother and loves to teach violin as well as offer her services as vocal coach to help inspire young up and coming talent. She also provides Violin Tuition and Vocal Coaching for all ages, from beginner to Grade 8.
Tracy has appeared on the BBC television show 'Running Late' and Channel 4's 'The Gold Project' and also worked as session vocalist for 'Red Rose Radio'. She has also worked as a residential vocalist for the 'Victor Micheal Band' at 'The Ritz', a top nightclub in Manchester. She regularly performs for the Hotel Sector including 'The Hilton' and 'Warners' as well as various holiday parks. She has appeared in the ‘Memphis Belles’, backing Rob Kingsley and the well established Martin Fox, two superb ‘Elvis’ Tributes!
She has entertained many different kinds of audiences not to mention celebrities such as, some of the cast from ‘Coronation Street’ and ‘Emmerdale’ singing alongside Beverley Callard (Liz MacDonald) and Simon Gregson (Steve MacDonald)!! She has also backed Kim Marsh (Michelle Connor) with the band ‘Jonny Mac and the Muppets’.
She has over the past five years ‘re-discovered’ her violin and turned to the electric version as well as classical, performing a great show. Covers such as 'Moon dance' 'Samba' and 'Sex on fire' are just a few examples of her varied repertoire! She sings and plays all kinds of music from Jazz, Rock, Pop, RnB and of course Irish! This Vocal/Electric Violin show is now becoming ubiquitous throughout the mainframe of her work!
DEFINITELY DUSTY
Tracy is also Europe's No1 ' Dusty Springfield' Tribute Act and was a finalist at the 'Ultimate Tribute' Contest and Convention.
She has performed at various great venues, including the famous Bernard Manning's World Embassy Club, as well as fabulous shows such as the famous Whitby and Bridlington Spa 60's Festivals.
Tracy performed as support act to the well established Gary Ryan 'Neil Diamond' and Jimmy Jermaine 'Cliff Richard' tributes from the hit TV show ‘Stars in your Eyes’.
She has also appeared in many Theatres all over the UK performing alongside other tribute acts in the show 'Three Men in Black and The White Lady of Soul'.
Her show is a beautiful and classy performance close enough to the great Diva of the sixties!
Just recently she has been cast a small part as a 'club singer' singing a Dusty Springfield song in a film due to be coming out in the cinemas....WATCH THIS SPACE!
Tyler Brigg
Tracy has recently formed a Ceilidh Band called "Tyler Brigg" and will be taking this on the road soon.
